- 2 lb. Bacon of choice
- 1 lb. andouille or smoked sausage
- ½ lb thick smoked ham
- Sour cream (or nonfat Greek yogurt)
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or jack)
- Thin sliced cheddar
- Eggs
- Block fresh parmesan for arugula salad
- Small cube fresh ginger
- 1 cucumber
- Shredded carrots
- 4 Avocados
- Mayo, sriacha, and lemon (for aoli)
- Green onions
- Frozen edamame beans
- Roma tomato
- 3 White onions
- Cilantro
- Lime
- Beefsteak tomato
